Property Partner celebrates 40 years with firm
A party was held at the Brighton offices of property consultants SHW this week to celebrate Paul Spruce's 40th anniversary with the firm. Paul has been part of SHW's Professional Division since joining the company at its Brighton office in 1978. He moved to the Eastbourne office in 1982 before returning to Brighton in 1994. He headed up the company's Professional Division from 2003 to 2009 and has been a co-owner in the business since 1997.
He is currently Head of Professional and Lease Advisory for SHW's Sussex Coastal Region and is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has advised on significant local properties such as Trafalgar Place and Sovereign House (for clients Aberdeen Asset Management), 3 City Park, Hove (for Claymore Group Limited) and the Freshfield Industrial Estate (for The Hargreaves Group).
Managing Partner, Martin Clark, said of the milestone: "Paul's contribution to the firm over the last four decades has been immense. His ability to utilise his expertise has meant there is a very long list of satisfied clients for whom he has acted, as well as a wide array of other qualities he brings to the job every day."
