In the event of an insurance or civil claim, litigation, or for matrimonial and other dispute resolution purposes, the role of an independent expert witness can be crucial to assess property values and our expert reports can make all the difference in the success or failure of a claim, or even whether a case is worth referring to court.
All reports have to comply with the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 and our procedures are registered by BSI to BS5750, Pt II, with the entire Company registered to ISO9001:2000, the definitive international quality standard. With 130 staff covering the whole of the South East, working across all types of property, we are sure to have an appropriate expert in your required field. We have experts accredited through the Sweet & Maxwell Legal Hub Expert Witness Directory and the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme.
