Our Team

Our Health & Safety Advisors deliver safety, fire and CDM services to a wide range of clients including those with property and construction requirements. Our services ensure that our clients remain compliant with a wide range of health and safety regulations including the Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974; the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015; and the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRO) 2005.

How we can help

The Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005 requires Fire Risk Assessments to be undertaken and our team provide adherence to these regulations across commercial and residential properties. Our experience also extends to providing access audits; health and safety training including fire warden training and fire extinguisher training; and general risk assessments.

Our in house CDM Advisor can assist clients with their responsibilities under the CDM Regulations including notifying the HSE via F10 form; compiling the Pre-Construction Information; reviewing the Principal Contractor’s Construction Phase Plan; and assessing competencies of those involved in the project. Our Advisor can also assist Principal Designers in their legal responsibilities under the CDM Regulations including holding design risk workshops; eliminating and controlling risk; and reviewing health and safety files.

The team also has capability to provide advice on CHAS accreditation, staff training, tool box talks, preparation of safety management systems, preparation of method statements, DSE and COSHH assessments and assistance with writing up Health & Safety policies.
