SHW Building Surveying team provide valuable expertise to every aspect of property ownership and occupation. Our Building Surveyors provide a full range of technical and support service relating to the built environment to residential clients within public and private sectors.

How we an help

Typical instructions include pre-acquisition survey advice; condition surveys; feasibility studies; defect analysis; development monitoring and expert witness reports. We regularly undertake appointments under Party Wall etc Act 1996.

Our team offer professional advice and guidance through scheduling remedial works to managing building and refurbishment projects incorporating design advice, contract administration and project management duties successfully.
